I Kept Getting The Same Question.

So I built this.

I got a version of the same email three times this summer.

Different names. Same ask: “Can you just tell me what to do so I don't screw up the year-end appeal again?”

I used to answer it with a template. A calendar. A checklist. And every time, the follow-up question was some version of: “Okay, but where do I start?”

Templates aren't the problem. Templates assume you already know your donor history, your staff bandwidth, your board's appetite for asks, and your timeline. Most people I talk to don't have all four of those nailed down — they have pieces, and not much time to assemble them.

That's the gap a generic course can't close. A course teaches you the theory of year-end fundraising. It doesn't build your plan.

So I built something that does.

It's called the Year-End Appeal Kickstart. Small group — capped at 12 people — working together over 30 days to build one appeal plan, start to finish. Not modules to watch. Working sessions where you leave with your actual sequence, your actual goal, and your actual timeline — the one that holds up once October hits.

It starts September 9. It's $297.

This isn't for everyone. If you already have a plan you trust, you don't need this. If you want more theory before you commit to anything, this isn't that either. It's for the ED or development lead who knows the shape of the problem and wants help building the specific answer — before Q4 makes the decision for you.

If that's you, details are at bellissimoconsulting.com/programs.
